‘Sewing mends the soul’….. I feel this each time I run a workshop!

Come along and enjoy making new friends whilst learning how to sew or improve your sewing skills in a relaxed and happy environment. (See testimonials page). My workshops take place in my home in Haven Road, Bucks Green which is a small hamlet situated in a relaxing location opposite fields on the Surrey/Sussex border. It truly is a haven! My customers enjoy being away from the hustle and bustle of every day life, to a calming atmosphere in the company of other like-minded makers!

I invite no more than 4 or 5 to a workshop.  I want to give you the best value for money and provide as much one to one tuition as I can throughout the day, so keeping numbers small helps me to achieve this. I also think this makes a much more intimate and cosy feel to my workshops.

Although located in a rural location it is only a 15 minute drive from the town of Horsham. Also an easy location to reach from London & Brighton approx. a 50 minute drive, Guildford at around 20 minutes.

Terms & Conditions

Please note that in booking a place you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions. These help to keep things running smoothly for everyone.

Fees: Have to be paid in advance. I cannot guarantee to hold a place if a payment is not made.

Cancellations: Workshops are popular and places limited. Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel. I will happily accommodate you on another date if there is a space.

If a cancellation is made 21+ days prior to the date of the workshop, a full refund will be made.

Cancellations made less than 21 days will only be refunded if someone else can be found to take your place. There are no refunds for non–attendance on the day.

In the event I have to cancel a workshop (e g. I do not have the minimum number required to run the workshop), a full refund will be given or an alternative date suitable for you will be offered. I will give you as much notice as possible, but cannot be responsible for pre-booked travel arrangements.
